Havan is a major ritual of Hindu tradition. In this a mixture of some substances
is put in the fire. It is believed that the substances which are put in the fire of
Havan directly reach the deities and satisfy them. Although it is considered auspicious
to perform Havan in every worship, but without Havan in Navratri, the worship of Durga Maa is considered incomplete.
According to Narada Purana, Havan is an important part of Durga Puja.
Havan or Yagya is a ritual of purification in Indian tradition or Hinduism. The process
of worshiping God through fire in a kund is called Yagya. Havi, Havya or Havishya are those
substances which are offered in the fire (which are put in the fire). After lighting the fire
in the Havan Kund, the offering of fruits, honey, ghee, wood etc. is the main thing in this holy fire. .
To reduce air pollution, scholars used to perform Yagya in India and then there were no diseases in our
country. Havan is also performed for good luck, health and prosperity etc. Agni magnifies the properties
